Adult patients diagnosed with celiac disease on a gluten-free diet for over a year, who have persistent symptoms

Zinc Deficiency in Celiac Disease: Pilot Study
We are evaluating the feasibility and efficacy of a Zinc optimized diet vs. Zinc supplementation to treat Zinc deficiency in celiac patients.
WHO CAN PARTICIPATE?
Adult patients (18+) with biopsy and serology proven celiac diagnosis maintaining a GFD for > 6 months, with untreated Zn deficiency.

Oats Study
We want to know if recently diagnosis celiac patients should or should not be consuming oats after their diagnosis. This will better guide our physicians to make stronger recommendations to our patients.
WHO CAN PARTICIPATE?
Confirmed celiac biopsy diagnosed (≥

Takeda Trial (TAK-101)
The ILLUMINATE Studies are evaluating the safety and effectiveness of an investigation medication (TAK-101) designed to reduce or eliminate the negative immune response to gluten in adults with celiac disease.
WHO CAN PARTICIPATE?
Be between 18 and 75 years old.
Have a physician-confirmed biopsy-confirmed celiac disease.
Have been a gluten-free diet for at least the past 6 months.
